Visitors interact closely with the birds and get detailed information about them, enjoy an ostrich ride and even taste ostrich meat.
After this, visit Karen Blixen Museum along Karen Road. Its history dates back to 1914, during the First World War, following the arrival of Karen Blixen from Denmark, where she established herself as a farmer. After her departure in 1931, the suburbs retained the commemorative home of Karen. The Danish government donated the house and the surrounding land to Kenya after Independence. The Danish government refurbished the house, and it was used while filming Out of Africa based on Karen Blixen's book by the same name.
After lunch, visit the Giraffe Centre, the home of Daisy, the famous Rothschild giraffe who starred in the film, The Last Giraffe. Visitors are given pellets to feed the giraffes. Return to your hotel at sundown.
