Rates include all expenses for best available accommodation and table dhoti meals, vehicle and driver for the intended itinerary, ranger//guides where necessary, entrance fees of National Parks and Game Reserves. All expenses of a personal nature such as visas, beverages, laundry, airport tax, tips etc are excluded. Single rooms or rooms with private bath cannot be guaranteed, especially within the Parks. All prices quoted are based on tariffs and exchange rates applicable at the time of printing and are subject to alteration without notice.
A deposit of 25% is required on booking of any travel arrangement; the balance is to be paid 15 days before commencement of the tour. Payment in full is required where bookings are made less than 15 days before the tour begins. The deposit may be forfeited in case of cancellations and amendments.
TRANSPORTATION & DRIVER/GUIDES
Our safari vehicles are powerful, custom built and designed (4X4) Land cruisers and Mini buses Equipped with HF and VHF Radios- with a Communication Range of 40 Up To 4000km, Seat Belts For All Passengers, Cool Boxes, First Aid Kits, Fire Extinguishers And Reference Books On Flora, Fauna And Birds Of Our Country. They are all fully equipped with large roof-hatches modified for game viewing and photography with each traveler guaranteed a window seat.
ALTERATIONS TO TOURS
The company reserves the right to alter arrangements of the route or to cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should conditions necessitate. It also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which even an equitable amount will be refunded.
The company and its agents act only as agents of the passenger in all matters relating to tours. The company's liability to passengers is dictated by the appropriate laws of the country in which the tour takes place. However, the company accepts no responsibility for any personal illness, injury, delays, loss or damages from any cause whatsoever.
If the client wishes to cancel the whole, or any part of the programme once booking is made, the following cancellation schedule applies subject to change for groups and incentives bookings.
Below is a guideline for FIT bookings but for groups or incentives bookings, please seek conditions from your travel consultant.
- 10 weeks prior to departure - Nil charges to apply
- 8 – 10 weeks prior to departure - 15% cancellation penalties apply
- 8 weeks prior to departure - 25% cancellation fee will be levied.
- 8 to 6 weeks prior to departure - 35% cancellation fee will be levied
- 6 to 4 weeks prior to departure - 50% cancellation fee will be levied
- 4 weeks to 1 day prior to departure - 100% of total due, will be levied
