Kenya and Tanzania are fantastic destinations for safaris all year round; the weather is fairly warm since the countries are situated close to the equator.

It is dry between June and September, and between December and March; therefore, it is easy to spot animals since they tend to hang around the few places that have water.

July to October is a time to witness the Great Migration, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World as wildebeests migrate from the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania to the Maasai Mara National Reserve in Kenya.
